FAQ’s

How do I enquire about availability for my wedding day hair and make-up?
Simply complete our contact form and we will advise regarding our availability and if appropriate, provide a no-obligation quote on letterheads, plus all booking and briefing info.
How do I secure my booking?

Via payment of a £50 booking fee, which is deducted from your total bill. You will receive written confirmation on receipt of any payment.

When should I have my trial?
Ideally, this should take place within the 3-month window before your big day. Trials are offered Monday to Friday and we will arrange a convenient date and time with you. Our weekends are fully booked with weddings, although we are occasionally able to offer weekend trials in exceptional circumstances.
If you’re local to Eastbourne or Brighton, we’ll come to you, otherwise, the trial will be hosted in Eastbourne or Brighton.
Do I have to have a trial?
Most brides do have a trial and this is highly recommended so that we can create your perfect look together.
Most bridal party members don’t have a trial, although this can be arranged if required.
How long should I allow for my trial?
You should allow up to three hours for your hair and make-up trial and up to 1.5 hours for hair or make-up trial. We will discuss your ideas, create your perfect look and take some awesome pictures of you for you to keep. We encourage our brides to send inspo in advance and to give honest feedback to make the best use of the time.
When will you arrive on the day?
This will depend on your numbers. We prefer to have you all ready for one hour before departure for your ceremony to give you time for dressing, photos, a glass of fizz and to spend precious time with your loved ones.
In consultation with you, we’ll provide a schedule so that you can visualise clearly how the morning will run and who will be having what done, when and by whom.
We usually allow up to one hour per hair or make-up service. For parties requiring hair and make-up for 3 and above, there will be two stylists and the option to buy in additional stylists if your timings require.
How will I know when to wash my hair?
We will provide you with a full beauty countdown and hair and make-up briefing sheet for yourself and to share with your bridal party.
Do you charge for lashes?

Strip or individual cluster lashes are included as a free extra.

I want to wear hair extensions – can you advise?
Sure – drop us an email. We always recommend 100% remy human hair clip-in extensions. We are happy to advise on length and colour.
Is there a mileage fee to travel to my venue on the day?

We’ll drive the first 20 mile round trip free of charge and it’s £0.50 per mile beyond that.
